Hold your eyebrows between your thumb and index finger, in such a way that the thumb is above the eyebrow and index finger below. Now, gently press and straighten your eyebrows, exerting gentle pressure on all the points. Then, take your thumb and gently roll it around your eye ball, i.e: along your eye socket. Follow this exercise every three to four hours to improve the circulation around your eyes.  This exercise improves circulation around the eyes helping them bounce back from the fatigue of constantly looking at a computer screen.

2)    Avoid spending prolonged hours on the TV and computer
If you are working on a task that requires your eyes to focus for a long period of time, be sure to take regular breaks. It is advisable to take a ten minute break for every one hour. This will prevent eye strain and give some time for your eyes to relax.

5)    Get adequate sleep

6)     Bat those eyelids

7)    Drink plenty of water.
Remember that the human body is made up of 60% water. If your body lacks of hydration, your eyes will feel the impact too. They might feel a little blurry, tired and dry. Hence, increase your water intake. Drink 8 tall glasses of water per day.
8)    Protect Your Eyes To Improve Your Vision-
Avoid exposing the eyes in harsh sun rays to improve your vision. Wear a sun hat and sun glasses to protect your eyes from the strong glare of the sun. You should use sun glasses even in winters especially when taking part in winter sports. Always wear swim gear for the eyes while swimming to protect the eyes from chlorinated water of the pool.
