2)   Relax: Yoga may actually be the cure for beautiful nails. Biting your nails can come from stress and finding and adopting a healthy habit like yoga can help you relax and take your mind off stress.
3)   Maintain a healthy diet. A healthy diet will help you feel better overall and will help your nails repair and grow well. Eat calcium and magnesium rich foods so that your nails will repair and grow well. Not only that, but most of the reason that the human body wants to bite nails is a lack of calcium and magnesium in the body.
4)   Wear nail polish. Putting nail polish on your nails may help to discourage you from nibbling on them since a vibrant color can catch your attention and snap you out of your nail-biting habit. 2)    Avoid spending prolonged hours on the TV and computer
If you are working on a task that requires your eyes to focus for a long period of time, be sure to take regular breaks. It is advisable to take a ten minute break for every one hour. This will prevent eye strain and give some time for your eyes to relax.

Some of the main causes of dark lips are excessive exposure to direct sunlight, an allergic reaction, use of low-quality cosmetics, chewing tobacco, excessive smoking, high caffeine intake, and hormonal imbalances.

1)                 Lemon:

Lemon has a natural bleaching property that acts as skin lightening agent. The fresh lemon juice contains acidic content that peels off the top layer of the skin leaving the lips lighter, softer, and pink.
·         Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice on the affected area before going to sleep.
·         Leave overnight and rinse with water the next morning.

·         Blend rose petals and butter to make a paste.

·         Repeat daily until results are visible.

4)                 Strawberries:

Strawberries have a lightening effect and are fully loaded with anti-oxidants and minerals and prevent the destruction of collagen and the formation of the wrinkles.
·         Combine crushed strawberries and baking soda to make a paste.
·         Apply to the affected area before going to sleep.
·         Leave overnight and rinse with water the next morning.
·         Repeat nightly until results are visible.

5)                 Almonds:

Almond is rich in nutrients and high amounts of vitamin E, B, B2, and B6, fatty acids, anti-oxidants, PP, and phytosterols.
·         Combine powdered almonds and milk in a small bowl to make a paste.
·         Apply to the affected area and gently massage for 2 – 3 minutes.
·         Let it dry for 4 – 5 minutes and rinse with water.
·         Repeat daily until results are visible.

6)                 Pomegranate:

Pomegranate is high in polyphenols, flavonoids, and anti-oxidants and keeps skin hydrated by sealing in moisture.  It can nourish and moisturize dry and dehydrated lips as well as help restore their natural pink color.
·         Stir crushed pomegranate seeds, milk cream, and rosewater in a bowl to make a paste.
·         Apply to the affected area and gently massage for 2 – 3 minutes.
·         Rinse with water.
·         Repeat daily until results are visible.

7)                 Sugar:

Sugar is used to exfoliate the dead skin cells and prevent dark coloration. Exfoliating your lips regularly will remove dead skin cells that can make them look dark and dull. 
  • Blend three tablespoons of granulated sugar and two tablespoons of butter to make a thick paste. Scrub your lips gently with the paste. Do this once a week to restore your natural lip color and shine.
  • You can also make a scrub by mixing one teaspoon of granulated sugar, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Use it to scrub your lips once a week.
  • Alternatively, you can simply mix some sugar with cold cream and use it to scrub your lips gently before going to bed. Do this once a week.

8)                 Mustard Oil:

Mustard oil has high sources of fatty acids, anti-oxidants, and vitamin E.
·         Massage mustard oil on your belly button.
·         Repeat daily until results are visible.

9)                 Olive Oil:

Olive oil make lips vibrant and contains essential nutrients leaving lips soft and beautiful.
·         Gently massage a few drops of olive oil to the affected area before going to sleep.
·         Repeat frequently until results are visible.

10)            Coriander and Cumin Seeds:

·         Dry roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds separately in a saucepan.

WAYS TO GET PRETTIER FROM BEAUTY SLEEP

You might think you're off the clock when it comes to your beauty routine while you sleep, but your slumber hours play an important role in how you look. "Beauty sleep is essential for repairing the skin.  If you want your skin and hair to look younger and healthier during the day, it's time to adopt these nighttime habits.





a)   Think while you drink

Poor sleep leaves your skin vulnerable to dryness and dehydration, so make sure you're not hitting the sack parched. When you're out-out, make soda water with fresh lime or coconut water your mixers of choice — it will counteract some of the dehydrating effects of booze. Avoid sugary, caffeinated drinks such as cola, fruit juices and energy drinks, which can unsettle sleep and leave your skin thirsty.

b)   Keep makeup remover by the bed

No matter how tired/tipsy you are, going to bed with your makeup on will only make matters worse the morning after (clogged pores, irritated eyes, leaving makeup residue on your pillow... we could go on). Make it less of a chore by keeping some good-quality face wipes by the bed for a fast, effective cleanse. It's not ideal to rely on convenience cloths every night in place of a deeper clean, but on late nights they're skin saviors.

It’s said that- Squishing your face into a pillow for approximately 2500 hours per year is like ironing wrinkles into the skin. h)      Tire yourself out throughout the day so that you'll be nice and sleepy when it comes to bedtime:

Engage in some form of physical activity during the day, but not just before bedtime. As well as keeping you fit and healthy, exercise will also use up your energy, leaving you tired enough to sleep in the evening. Even if you just walk to the shops instead of getting the bus, or taking the dog out for a fast paced walk, it's better than sitting around all day. However you shouldn't do exercise for at least 2 hours before you plan on going to bed. This is because it boosts your endorphins and blood circulation, making it hard to doze off.

i)      Wear your hair up — but not in a super-tight bun.

It's a good idea to keep your hair out of your face while you're sleeping to keep its natural oils from wreaking havoc on your complexion. But avoid pulling it into a really tight bun or ponytail because that can cause hair breakage, especially around the hairline.

j)      Take a Hot Shower or Bath before Bedtime

Many of the other tips on this list can be seen annoying or inconvenient, but here is one that we can all rally behind. Pamper yourself with a hot bath or shower in the late evening. This will raise your body temperature. Your temperature will begin to fall when you are going to bed, making it easier to fall asleep.
