Arm flab is the extra amount of skin or fat that loosely hangs out of the arm, making the arms look flabby and shapeless. It makes us look unfit, aged and overweight. There are some substantial causes behind flabby arms. The first and major cause behind flabby arm is excess body weight. The excessive fat tends to make the arms heavier which subsequently makes the arms saggy.
Another equally strong cause is the genes. Sometimes it is is in our genes to inherit the flabby arms in the long run. Our genetics do determine to a great extent the structure of our body and we actually preclude it.
